Canopy walkways
Definition: Canopy Walk / Treetop Walk
Canopy or treetop walkways are pedestrian paths at several meters altitude above the ground allowing pedestrian access to the canopy of a forest. In their simplest form, they can be bridge-like connections between platforms built around tree trunks. Nowadays, they tend to be independent bridge structures often in combination with observation decks or towers that are even higher than the remainder of the canopy walk.
