In the Residential Tower, empty ducts had been installed first. The strand tendons were later threaded into the ducts when construction progress had reached level 32.

Duo Tower: In the Duo Tower, a overhanging block cantilevers by 9.5 m from three prestressed walls (one is visible left in the picture).

Each of the three walls was prestressed using 10 vertical bar tendons.
