Abstract: |
Along with the expansion of the Autobahn BAB A 6 the ten fields of the Naabtalbridge were casted with the incremental launching method. Because of the consequential shaping of the cross-sections and the adaption of the pier geometry to the superstructure the bridge fits harmonically into the broad valley of the Naab. Special demands for the fabrication with the incremental launching method resulted from the transition of the horizontal curve of constant radius to a clothoid and the broadening of the deck slab. It was therefore necessary to build the casting yard and the sliding bearings adjustable to the variable width of the superstructure. |
