The Marconi Express is a monorail line under construction for Bologna, Italy. 5-kilometre (3.1 mi) in length, it will link Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport to Bologna Centrale railway station, with an intermediate station and depot at Lazzaretto and an expected travel time of 7 minutes. The monorail system will be provided by Intamin. The three trainsets are each capable of carrying up tp 50 passengers. Building works have been completed in 2018 and it is scheduled to start operating in June 2019.
