Notes
The Góra Kalwaria Bridge was opened in 1954, it is 632 m long and stands on 6 pillars. The bridge is located on the key road allowing the West-East traffic through Poland; in fact, it is the bridge which enables all this transit to avoid Warsaw and serves as a bit distant ring-road. The traffic is enormously heavy, mostly huge trucks making their way from Western Europe to Russia. When the bridge was closed for maintenance few years ago, central Poland was almost paralyzed by traffic jams. The bridge stands more less on half-way of the navigable Vistula length.
