Abstract:

In order to ensure the construction quality of mass concrete structures in winter, and avoid and prevent harmful temperature cracks of mass concrete, a calculation method of temperature field of hydration heat in winter based on finite element method is proposed in this paper. First, the three-dimensional finite element model of the temperature field of hydration heat is established; Then, the temperature variation of winter hydration heat temperature field of Wentang Bridge is calculated through experiments. The results show that the maximum measured temperature of the core point is 44.2 °C, and the corresponding calculated temperature is 53.7 °C. The maximum internal and external temperature difference measured is 24.7 °C, and the corresponding calculated temperature is 22.4°C. The research results prove that the calculation model can better simulate the concrete hydration process.
