Abstract: |
In terms of size and innovative content, the Mont-Cenis Academy complex in Herne can certainly be regarded as a pioneering achievement. It is a prominent feature within the townscape and demonstrates very successfully the interaction of different materials - selected and installed according to their specific properties - and the resulting scope for unusual and challenging structural concepts. Not least, the project is a contribution to modern, ecologically harmonised architecture. |
