Development of an ultra high strength concrete with increased resistance to fire and explosive loadingIn recent years, the German Government exceedingly deals with the consequences of extreme events such as natural disasters, technical accidents and terrorist attacks. In 2007, the program "Research for Civil Security" was set up by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) which aimed at solutions for the handling of such menaces. |
