Abstract:

The construction presented in this paper corresponds to a cable stayed bridge of high strength white concrete with a span of 318 m over the Tajo river, in Talavera de la Reina (Spain). The total length of the bridge is completed with a 408 m postensioned concrete bridge, with typical spans of 48 m.
