Abstract: |
Although steel-shell concrete composite section bridge towers are receiving increasing attention and favour in the construction of large bridges, there is still a lot of insufficient research on their construction and structural behaviour. address the research gaps in this field, this paper focuses on the study of Guanyinsi Yangtze River Bridge main tower, which has a height of 262 meters. The paper establishes a reasonable finite element model through solid finite element analysis software. Finite element analysis is performed using solid finite element modelling, considering its own weight and construction process, to analyse its structural behaviour under different possible construction plans. This study calculated the construction process static performance of the bridge tower, and determined the stress distribution and deformation mode of the bridge tower under load, thereby contributing to ensuring the safety and reliability of the bridge tower structure. |
