The main structural element of the pedestrian bridge is the arch with its span of 230 metres. In the central section of the bridge, it runs for a length of 200 m above the bridge deck, and in the two 15-metre end sections it runs below the deck. At its highest, the arch is about 14 metres above the deck and 20 metres above its ends.
