Baltimore War Memorial : The Baltimore War Memorial was designed by architect Laurence Hall Fowler and completed in 1925 to honor the 1752 Marylanders killed in World War I. The memorial was rededicated in 1977 to honor all Marylanders who died fighting America's wars beginning with WWI.
