25 April 2009 The Tramvie Elettriche Bergamasche (TEB) open the Bergamo-Albino Tramway Line (T1) which follows the alignment of the of the Bergamo-Alzano Lombardo section of the rail line and re-uses some of the infrastructure.

The Valle Seriana Cycleway re-uses part of the rest of the original rail line.
