Leioa is a station of the Line 1 of Metro Bilbao. It is located in the neighborhood of Udondo, in the municipality of Leioa, in the Greater Bilbao area. The station before is Lamiako and the station after is Astrabudua. It's an at-grade level station and has a three-floor park and ride parking with a fare of €0,65. The fare zone of the station is B1.
The station will become an intermodal station, as in the future will connect the metro station with the new EuskoTran line Leioa - UPV, which will give service to the University of the Basque Country. On its second phase, the new line of tram will connect this metro station with the one in Urbinaga (Urbinaga Station) which is on Line 2 and at the other bank of the river.
