Chronology
| 1989 | The original wooden deck and the railway track are removed during renovation works. The bridge is also painted blue. |

| 2002 | The truss and railring as painted green. |
| 2004 | The truss is reinforced and the pedestrian walkways are widenend. The bridge deck is replaced and the new surfacing is only 20 mm thick causing problems with crack due to heavy traffic. |
Notes
The bridge is operated electro-mechanically and when open has a sail-free clearance of 28 m. The free navigational channel is 29.6 m wide. When closed the clearance to the mean water level is only 2.1 m. The bridge is fitted with walkways with grille-gate railings.
