John Greenleaf Whittier Bridge : On Friday, December 8, at 5:00 a.m., MassDOT will reach a major construction milestone when I-95 southbound traffic shifts to the new southbound Whittier Bridge span. The contractor will realign southbound traffic on I-95 south between Route 110 in Amesbury and the Pine Hill Road/Ferry Road Bridge in Newburyport.
