Hard Rock Hotel New Orleans Citadel Builders : The site at 1031 Canal St is the most exciting site in the city. Located in the French Quarter and the Theater District the development will create over 1,000 jobs. The north end of Canal St. is undergoing a real estate renaissance with significant hotel and apartment development; a Hard Rock Hotel on the corner of the French Quarter is a landmark project for New Orleans. The building will also contain 62 one, two, and three-bedroom Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel New Orleans. Residences range from approximately 650 SF to approximately 2,300 SF. All residences have balconies, while the penthouse residences have floor to ceiling windows with wraparound balconies. What's most exciting about the residences, is that they can offer condo living unlike anything else in New Orleans. Residents will have access to basic hotel amenities plus exclusive amenities at the Hard Rock Hotel New Orleans, like private chefs and wait staff, valet services to help with luggage and groceries, a dedicated concierge, and VIP access to the hotel and all Hard Rock Hotels.
