Notes
Considered an economical solution for short-span bridges, it was constructed using a standardized model designed to meet federal standards by Conde B. McCullough, Oregon State Bridge Engineer ("Elegant Arches, Soaring Spans" by Robert W Hadlow, pages 59-60). Original semi-elliptical portal arches were later reshaped to increase vertical clearance.
