12th century | Construction of the initial church in the Romanesque style. |

1402 | The church of Gendreville belongs to the deanery of Vittel with the abbey of l'Etanche as collator of the curia (pouillé of Toul). |
15th century | The nave is rebuilt in the Gothic style. |
1890 | Nearly the entire nave is replaced by a neo-Gothic structure. Only the last bay of the choir and the Romanesque bell tower are preserved. |
