Excerpt from Wikipedia
Boulogne–Jean Jaurès (French: [bulɔɲ ʒɑ̃ ʒɔʁɛs]) is a station on Line 10 of the Paris Métro in the 16th arrondissement. It lies under the Boulevard Jean Jaurès in the commune of Boulogne-Billancourt. East of this station Line 10 splits into separate eastbound and westbound sections until Javel–André Citroën station.
The station opened on 3 October 1980 as part of the extension of line 10 from Porte d'Auteuil. It was the western terminus of the line until 2 October 1981, when the line was extended to Boulogne–Pont de Saint-Cloud. Jean Jaurès was a French Socialist leader.
