Notes
The Annopol Bridge stands in a place where various bridges have been built since the Middle Ages. Opened 1967, is 563 m long, 9.5 m wide and stands on 12 pillars. Allows communication between the city of Lublin and South-Western Poland, though the traffic is surprisingly small. Because of that, plus nice views on the old river valley and the river itself, the bridge a nice place to enjoy a walk. The Vistula gets wide here and its banks are more than 400 meters distant; from now on, it is no longer a small river. Apart from that, one may notice the geological features, marking the southern border of the Middle-European plain.
