Excerpt from Wikipedia

10 South LaSalle (formerly Chemical Plaza, Manufacturers Hanover Plaza, and Chase Plaza) is a 502 ft (153 m) tall skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois. It was completed in 1986 and has 37 floors. Moriyama & Teshima Architects designed this building, which is tied with One Superior Place for the 87th tallest building in the city. The first four floors of the tower are made of the original facade from the Otis Building, the original building on this site.
