The work at Augsburg Main Station are an important part of the Augsburg Mobility Hub.

An excavation volume of 10,000 m² was required for the junction structure VE 2212.

In the area of junction structure VE 2212, a 1,500 m² pile wall and a 1,600 m² girder support system with shotcrete infill were constructed.

To stabilize pile wall and girder support system, 170 temporary strand anchors were installed.
