In the buildings surrounding the new square, 35,000 m² will be available for commercial use and office space, 12,000 m² for apartments and 1,500 m² for shops.
The retaining walls of the Frederiks Plads excavation had to be stabilized by permanent anchors. DSI supplied approx. 800 permanent strand anchors with a total length of about 20,000 m.
