Henry Exall Elrod

He was associated with many dams and water and sewerage projects, including the Cisco Dam at Cisco, Texas, and the La Fruta Dam on the Nueces River near Mathis, Texas. He built sewage disposal plants and water supply improvements at Golden Gate Park and Santa Monica, California, and in numerous Texas towns. He held numerous Canadian and US patents, and was a renown collector of flint points and other archeological antiquities, and was a noted philatelist and numismatist. [Text by Henry Exall Elrod, III].
