Cirencester Church (St. John the Baptist), Gloucestershire
A particularly fine Cotswolds 'wool' church of the 15th - 16th Century Perpendicular era (1440-1530). Pictured is a flying buttress supporting the tower, which was built in 1400-13 but then settlement caused by old ditches flanking the Roman Road Ermin Street resulted in the addition of two flying buttresses to stop the tower collapsing!
