Mersey Gateway Bridge - Concrete pour for the base of the north pylon

On 29-30 July 2015 we poured 175 loads of concrete, a total of 1200m³, to form the base of the north pylon of the Mersey Gateway Bridge. The pour took around 25 hours and the concrete will take around 90 days to reach full strength.
