Neligh Mill Bridge

North end of Neligh Mill Bridge over the Elkhorn River in Neligh, Nebraska; seen from the east (downstream). The pin-connected Pratt through truss bridge was constructed in 1910; it is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The photo was taken ca. 2 weeks after major flooding on the Elkhorn in June 2010; there was extensive eroson of the approach south of the south abutment, and partial collapse of the truss at the south end; however, to the layman's eye, there is no significant damage at the north end.
