Kennedy Bridge over the Rhine in Bonn The bridge links Bonn-Beuel (until July 1969 an independent city) and Bonn city. During a three-year renovation period (from 2007 to 2010) it was renovated and expanded. From March to April 2011 on the south side of the bridge - a solar system for electricity generation had been installed - over the entire width of the building. It was donated by the local company SolarWorld AG. The expected feed-in tariff is planed to be donated -according to the will of the sponsor- annually changing to a local organization.
