Clifton Bridges

View of the two bridges. The original bridge is on the right. The view shows the different structural form of the two bridges, although the profile of the arch is almost identical. The original is of box girder construction in true arch form. The later bridge is in the form of cantilever piers with a separate supported central flat span section.
