Non-destructive imaging of reinforcement bars in circular concrete columns using radar techniqueIn recent years, non-destructive testing methods (NDT) have been proven as useful tools to evaluate road and building constructions. One of those methods, ground penetrating radar (GPR), becomes increasingly popular for investigating reinforced concrete structures, especially for detection of reinforcement bars and tendon ducts, where most of these applications take place on flat surfaces. |
