Abstract:

Over 15% of people in the UK have a neurodiverse condition. Mhairi Boland and Matt Burgess of the all abilities group at Lendlease say civil engineers need to embrace neurodiversity, both to attract and retain neurodiverse talent and also to make built environment design more inclusive.
