Abstract:

Insulating formwork for energy conservation during concrete curing.

The paper presents application options for insulating formwork for concrete pouring in winter. In order to analyse the heat flow in the examined system consisting of concrete, thermal insulation and ambient, we propose determining the corrected Biot number and the heat flow inhibition index, taking into account the existing thermal resistance.
