Abstract:

An ontology developed to support the process of definition and verification of the requirements for the implementation of economic activities is presented by means of a responsible declaration in Spanish cities. It defines activities, establishments, types of land use, and critical urban and environmental requirements. The implementation of a Knowledge-Based System (KBS) as an element of consultation prior to the implementation of activities by declaration responsible, it would minimize business failures, solving the problems derived from the use of the responsible statement.
