Typified wooden frame structures in the GDR from 1955 until 1990.

This article outlines typified wooden frame structures, which were developed in the former GDR from 1955 until 1990 primarily for farming facilities, but also for storage buildings and roofs of social buildings. From the level of the author's awareness this is the first publication discussing typified structures of the GDR in a comparative way. This article completes the article published in the issue No. 8/2011 of BAUTECHNIK about typified steel frame structures in the GDR.
