Abstract:

The parameter settings of the transient thermal response test conditions of bridge wire electric initiating devices are studied. The effects of bridge wire resistance parameters and charge pressure on the electrothermal response curve were explored. The results show that when the state of the bridge wire and the surrounding agents are basically the same, the electrothermal response curve can clearly reflect the difference in the resistance of the bridge wire. The larger the bridge wire resistance, the more sensitive the bridge wire to the electrical pulse, and the charging pressure parameters also have a significant impact on the electrothermal response curve. The smaller the charging pressure, the more sensitive the product electrothermal response. When the density of the agent is basically the same, the approximate response curve and parameter calculation results can be obtained.
