Quality assurance system at the Constitucion de 1812 Bridge over the Cadiz BayQuality assurance system of the Constitution of 1812 cable-stayed Bridge over the Cádiz Bay has been made by attention to the particular requirements of the work. The best tools have been used to achieve a «0 defects» target via communication and control of the human factor. |
