Various risks face the implementation of construction projects, which all have an effect on construction costs. The worst risk comes from unforeseen events, which cannot be quantified. Other factors are also difficult to determine. The article deals with external and internal risks in the course of the implementation of construction projects as well as contractual risks from the point of view of the consultant. |
