Abstract:

DC/DC converter parallel power systems are widely used in high-power applications. However, the hardware parameter differences and communication time differences between modules can cause problems for the parallel current equalization of multiple modules. This paper summarizes and analyzes several parallel current equalization methods based on phase-shifted full-bridge circuits for multiple modules. The working principles of these methods are analyzed, and their respective advantages and disadvantages are given. Meanwhile, based on the traditional three-loop current equalization method, an improved three-loop current equalization control method is proposed, which improves the dynamic response of the system and ensures the operation efficiency of the power supply and the precision of current equalization between modules. The effectiveness of the improved method is also verified by simulation.
