Abstract: |
In recent years, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of various natural disasters worldwide, the construction of emergency buildings, particularly emergency hospitals, has gained critical importance. This study explores methods for expediting the construction of emergency hospitals by applying the forward design theory of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the fundamental principles of modular design. Additionally, the spatial distribution of five emergency hospitals in Changchun City is analyzed, and an environmental simulation of the Convention Center emergency hospital is conducted using BIM technology and environmental analysis tools such as Honeybee in Rhino software. The collected data and experimental results are then examined to evaluate the thermal comfort of emergency buildings in cold climates. |
