Abstract:

The development of architectural design is closely related to computer technology. With the growth of my country’s economy and the rapid development of computer technology in urbanization, artificial intelligence technology has provided new research methods for the construction industry. At present, my country’s construction industry is booming, and building energy consumption is also increasing rapidly. To guide the construction industry to develop energy-efficiency and green, various construction companies actively develop building energy-efficiency technologies. As an emerging technology in the construction industry, BIM technology has had an important impact on parameter setting, cost control, professional collaboration and information management in construction engineering. Based on the development of BIM technology and artificial intelligence technology, this paper explores the specific application of BIM and artificial intelligence technology in energy-efficiency buildings, proposes an energy-efficiency building design framework based on BIM and artificial intelligence technology, and analyses the use of BIM and artificial intelligence in the design of energy-efficiency buildings. The value of innovative technology provides a reference for relevant personnel in the industry.
