Shear strength of reinforced concrete members without stirrupsIn this article a new calculation model for shear strength of reinforced concrete members without stirrups is introduced. The innovative shear model is based on analytic approaches and allows accurate prediction of the shear capacity of reinforced concrete members. In the derivation of the model the most important influencing parameters on the shear carrying capacity are presented and their shares on the total shear strength are examined. |
