Abstract:

Cable stayed bridge over the Nalon river in Sama de Langreo

A single pier cable-stayed bridge with spans of 130 m and 65 m crosses over Nalón River in Sama de Langreo village (Asturias - Spain). With 1'30 m depth and 14,26 m width, the concrete deck is reinforced in almost its whole length and it is longitudinally prestressed in the approach brige pier area. The spans of the prestresed concrete approach bridge are 26,5 m an 30 m long.
