Management of the building survey at the refurbishing of the Carvajal/Giron´s house in Plasencia = Gestión de la Dirección de Obra en la rehabilitación de la casa Carvajal/Girón de Plasencia

The more accurate is the project, the less changes appear in the work. It´s needed a full available original information for an accurate project. It is hardly possible in refurbishing works. There are hidden part of the building which cannot be analysed until they are not revealed, as a consequence it is not possible to define how to do on them. It is even harder in Heritage Historical building since a specific licence is required. In this article is shown how the building survey of the refurbishing of the Carvajal/Giron´s house in a 4* Hotel was done.
