The objective of this work is to test the direct relationship between active arrows that are generated in the upper floors of a residential building, with the elements that are in contact with the floors of the structure, is say, with the partitions. The methodology is based on the study of a series of test tube, made these for models of buildings, are all having in common the floor geometry being variable and the number of floors that are at height. The conclusions that have been reached after analyzing a 6 plants concludes that the floor slab can get to increase the value of the active deflection up to 234.93 %. In a 9-storey building the floor slab could increase their active arrow up to 241.09% for the same lighting conditions and load. In the case of a 12-storey building is concluded in the floor slab can actually increase the value of the active deflection up to 290.07%.
