Following last month's article on the historical development of plasterwork and the typical root causes of ceiling failure, part 2 now goes on to outline the practical assessment and interpretation phase: methods of underside and topside ceiling inspection, how to interpret the inspection's findings, and specifying an appropriate maintenance or remedial strategy.
