This study is the first systematic analysis of the work carried out by the promoters in the building sector at international level and its relationship with prevention. To this end, it has aimed to know the problems in the integration of prevention by promoters as a key element in preventive integration, performing two analyzes: one qualitative, where it has aimed to know the status on the figure of the promoter on preventive (centered this article in the UK) and a second quantitative analysis which analyzed the results of the implementation of a management methodology by the developer as an integrating figure prevention throughout the various phases of the construction process, especially in the implementation phase.
