Abstract: |
The Elevated Roadway at Sydney Airport's Domestic Terminals provides vehicular access to the upper level departures facilities of the new Australian Airlines terminals as well as to the multi level car parks. The separation of departures and arrivals facilities and construction of the Elevated Roadway has significantly eased traffic congestion in the terminal precinct. It has vastly improved the level of service for the travelling public and benefited all commercial operators at the airport. The USD 44 million project was completed early in 1999, on time and on budget. |
