Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of difficult transportation of long tower and high turning requirements in material ropeway of transmission line, the design schemes of two kinds of feeding guide tracks, bifurcated guide track and two-track guide track, are proposed, and the feeding guide track realizes the transportation of long tower. The difficulty of manufacturing and transportation of the track in the two schemes is compared, as well as the accuracy of installation, and finally the two-track guide track design scheme is selected. The strength of the track is analyzed by finite element method, and the type and material parameters of the feeding guide track satisfying the design requirement are obtained. The type of the track is the hot-rolled light track 9kg/m, and the material is the steel with the grade of 50Q or 45SiMnP. The purpose of this study is to provide new ideas and directions for solving the construction feeding problem of large materials transported by material ropeway of transmission line in complex terrain.
