Abstract: |
For almost 50 years, Irving, Texas, has sought an independent, high-quality water supply for its residents. A new, 33 mi (53 km) long, 72 in. (1,830 mm) diameter pipeline, a booster pumping station, and other facilities related to a man-made lake are finally answering the call. |
